Manifesto

I commit to engaging with students and adults in a way that reflects my ideals of honesty, transparency, passion, high expectations, and courage. I choose to build community that connects people in meaningful ways.

I choose to continually enter challenges of achievement, equity, and wellness while centering others through multiple invitations, entry points, and pathways of support.

I will reflect on the good that moves our practice forward, even incrementally, and celebrate the triumphs to find the focus and energy to continue on the journey toward abundance, opportunity, and access for all people.
