Equity

Actively pursing justice and equity for all members of the community to create an environment where a diversity of perspectives are respected and each component of the school reflects the values and assets of the community.

Working regularly with teachers to rediscover their core beliefs of teaching through regular conversations centered around student data, supports them in further developing their lens for equity through differentiation, inclusion, and curriculum planning. This is evident in conversations before, during, and after classroom observations.
